Telur dadar.

Hub was complaining, he took too lıttle of veggıes nowadays. He experıenced dıffıcultıes when he meet Mr. T. Hehehe…  In a way, he would like to say, pls cook , i am out of budget this mth. Pffttt…. har har!!  I forced him to eat all the veggies and straight after, he went too meet mr. T. Now, You see, how fast and effective.

Then, i managed to prepared some foods for him to work.

A bit of Thai chilli sauce.

Big portions!!

Big portions for carbs lover. Roasted Breast Chicken with baked potatos & black pepper gravy with spaghetti and mixed salad. Yummmm..yum.. Sorry 4 the lumpy gravy, hahahaha… i guess too much flour. But it’s still tasted good with the potatos.

Baked potatos – mixed with parsley n mixed herbs n a bit of salt. Cover with aluminium foils. Baked for at least 60mins 250°c.   i used american white potato, quite big in size. Sweet n creamy. Delicious!!

Spaghetti – saute dice onions n garlic, put a spoonful tomato sauce (i didnt have any fresh tomato dat time). Use normal spoon, u should balance ur volume of ur spaghetti. Mine is a small portions, about one small bowl of spaghetti. Then,  seasoning, salt,herbs,oregano n all. Last but not least, mixed together with ur spaghetti. My first attempt using tomato sauce in bottle. It was not bad at all. Walla… try it! I loved it.

Resepi – Siakap Sweet Sour

Huhu..tgh2 xde keja ni, plus aku mcm ada kerajinan sket ni, aku nak simpan koleksi resepi2 aku jugak di sini. You know.. aku ni skang pelupa tahap gaban.. ari ni blaja.. ntah bulan depan blom tentu aku ingat! So, utk memudahkan kerja, aku jot down kat blog ni, so di lain masa,  mcm biasa boleh refer balek.

Ok, ari tuh my mil ajar aku masak siakap sweet sour. Sweet sour dia mmg marvellous abih! So, baik aku simpan baik2 resepi ni, kang nak tanya balek segan den. Hehe..

Bahan-bahan

Ikan ( Siakap, Bawal Hitam, Jenahak.. ape2 ikan yg rase nak makan)

Bawang besar ( dihiris mayang utk tumis & di hiris bulat utk hiasan)

Bawang Putih (3 ketul- ketuk dan hiris)

Halia (hiris halus + panjang2)

Cili Mesin ( sikit jer)

Tomato (hiris bulat)

Sayur-sayuran (couliflower, sweet bean, carrot, jagung, celery)

Sos tomato

Gula

Garam

Air tepung jagung

Cara2 Memasak

Ikan digoreng garing (garam + kunyit), letak tepi.

Tumis bawang putih, halia dan bwg besar. Sampai kekuningan + garing, masokkan cili mesin(sket jer , agak2..takmo pedas), dah garing masok sos tomato (byk sket), gula lebih sket, garam + pak aji (klu mahu), dah masak masok sayur2an dan hirisan bawang then masokkan bancuhan air tepung kanji jagung agak2  jgn terlalu pekat. Bila sayur dah hampir masak masokkkan tepong jagung. Masok tomato yg di hiris. Biarkan kuah mendidih sekejap. Then rasa, cukup rasa. Tutup api. Tuang kuah ke atas ikan yg di goreng tadi. Siap.

Pheh. Marvellous wa cakap sama lu.

Rayyan dah merengek tuh. It’s feeding time.
